The Governing Body, staff, and pupils seek to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Family Engagement Officer who can support our families and pupils.

The successful candidate will:

 Effectively engage and work closely with families, staff, pupils and the wider community to motivate pupils to reach their full potential

 Have the ability to work as part of a team and have close liaison between teaching staff and parents

 Be responsible for working with families and pupils with the aim of improving attendance across the school

 Be able to work alongside outside agencies and the local community supporting families and pupils

 Be responsible in providing nurture provision for pupils

 Have excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills
