The Governing Body, staff, and pupils seek to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Family Engagement Officer who can support our families and pupils.
The successful candidate will:
Effectively engage and work closely with families, staff, pupils and the wider community to motivate pupils to reach their full potential
Have the ability to work as part of a team and have close liaison between teaching staff and parents
Be responsible for working with families and pupils with the aim of improving attendance across the school
Be able to work alongside outside agencies and the local community supporting families and pupils
Be responsible in providing nurture provision for pupils
Have excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills
