To start as soon as possible. This post is temporary until 31.08.26 in the first instance.

Grade 3 SCP 3-5 (£15,923-£16,428) Teaching Assistant Level 2 - 27.5 hours Grade 2 SCP 2 (£3,299) Lunchtime Supervisor – 5 hours

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an excellent and highly dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Key Stage 2 who require additional learning support. The post will be for 27.5 hours per week. There will also be an additional 5 hours a week paid as a lunchtime supervisor to cover lunchtime duty each day.

• Experienced in working with pupils in Key Stage 2, particularly those who need additional support.

• Committed and passionate about learning and teaching.

• A creative and inspirational thinker with lots of innovative ideas to share.

• An excellent team member with a positive attitude and a sense of humour.

• An effective motivator of children and their learning.

• Committed to developing children as independent learners and thinkers.

• Willing to contribute to whole school development.

• Confident to use their own initiative.

The successful candidate must be qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
