Business Support Assistant (Maternity cover)

To provide an administration and support service within the Business Support structure to the College.

Rate of Pay: Scale 2, Points 14 – 16, £18,328 - £19,258 per annum.  

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

Contract: Full time, fixed term until 31 August 2022.

Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College)

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a level 2 qualification in Business Administration (NVQ or equivalent) and relevant experience. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2 (with working knowledge of MS Excel and Word). An understanding of Management Information Systems would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will need to obtain a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure check
