Customer Relations Assistant (Bilingual)
To be the primary point of contact between NPTC Group of Colleges and its customers dealing efficiently with customer enquiries and providing an exceptional and responsive service.
Rate of pay: Scale 2, Points 14 – 16, £18,328 - £19,258 per annum. (Equivalent to £9,164 - £9,629 per annum)
Hours of Work: 18.5 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Contract: Part time, permanent.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a level 2 qualification in Customer Service (or equivalent) and have relevant experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) be IT literate equivalent to level 2 with working knowledge of MS Excel. You must also have the ability to communicate in Welsh at a fluent level.
