Cynnydd Project Coordinator

To coordinate all elements of the Cynnydd Project to promote retention, attainment and progression for learners attending NPTC Group of Colleges who are most risk of becoming NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training).

Rate of Pay: Scale 5, Points 25 – 28, £23,825 - £25,850 per annum.

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Contract: Full time, fixed term until 30 April 2022 (with the possibility of an extension).

Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College)

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a level 5 qualification in relevant discipline and/or relevant experience. Level 2 qualifications in both English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 3 are essential. Experience of Project Management would be advantageous.
