Deputy Head of School: Engineering
To deputise for the Director of Study/Head of School; to manage the process of data analysis within the School; to actively initiate and promote marketing activities within
the School; and to assist with staff and student administrative and operational matters within the School
Salary: Management Scale, Points 1 - 3, £41,919 - £44,659 per annum.
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College)
Qualifications: Ideally, you should hold a qualification and/or experience in management, a level 5 qualification in a relevant discipline and be IT literate to level 3. You should hold a teaching or training qualification and/or experience. Experience of managing courses and students is essential.

The successful candidate will need to obtain a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Check.
