Facilities Operative
To undertake a range of duties related to the College facilities and estate including - Site Services/Porterage/Maintenance/Mail Room/Transport/Security/Caretaking
Rate of pay: Scale 2, Points 14 – 16, £18,328 - £19,258 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Contract: Permanent, full time.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).
Qualifications: Candidates should have experience of caretaking, security, general building maintenance and repair work. An understanding of Health and Safety issues and a clean, valid driving licence are also essential. A First Aid Certificate and Fire Marshal certificate would be advantageous although training may be provided.
