Senior Officer: Contract Performance and Compliance
To lead the compliance process within Pathways to improve contract performance and data accuracy across the provision.
To manage the contract performance and ensure the financial values are consistently met.
Salary: Scale SO1, Points 32 – 34, £29,659 - £31,627 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College)
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a level 6 qualification (Degree or equivalent). Candidates must hold level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 2. Experience of delivering on contracts and compliance audits is essential.
