Senior Officer: Pathways Training
To support the Pathways Training Manager in supervising the work-based learning provision within Powys.
Salary: Scale SO1, Points 32 – 34, £29,659 - £31,627 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Newtown College)
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a level 6 qualification in Business Administration/Management (Degree or equivalent). Candidates must hold level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 2. Relevant experience and knowledge of a work based learning environment is essential.
