An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for a Learner Outcome Executive to lead on supporting our adult graduates into their next steps after completing their Skills Bootcamp.

Oaklands launched their professional training and development offer in 2024 to work with employers in a meaningful way and we are seeking a Learner Outcome Executive to play a vital role as we deliver this new and exciting part of the Oaklands group at pace.
We are looking for a proactive and professional individual to join our Skills Bootcamp team and play a crucial role in supporting the graduate learners in securing a programme outcome to support their career pathways. In this position, you will be supporting with vacancy research, liaise with employers and other recruitment sources and building relationships with the graduates to successfully place them into a positive outcome. You will also be leading on gathering compliant learner evidence relating to their outcome and ensuring high achievement rates in our positive outcomes to achieve our KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest and passion in supporting adults in education and training to support their careers or next steps, confident in building and maintaining customer relationships, excellent attention to detail and experience in compliance for funded programmes. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience within a similar role supporting individuals into outcomes and building relationships with a range of stakeholders is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality learner experience.
