Register & Timetabling Officer

Full Time/Permanent

£26,294 - £28,741 - Depending on experience & qualifications

Based at St.Albans Campus with occasional travel to Welwyn Garden City

Key Duties:

  • To take day to day responsibility for co-ordinating the entry and maintenance of timetabling and register/student participation data in the College MIS.
  • Contributing to the operational effectiveness of the MIS & Exams department.
  • To have a detailed working knowledge of the College MIS
  • To ensure compliance with all funding body, Data Service and Information Authority regulation, specification, and advice.

Required Skills

  • Level 3 ITQ / Business Administration qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Experience of effective scheduling of business activities.
  • Experience of processing, analysing, and interpreting complex data.
  • Use of ProSolution and relevant timetabling system
