Residential Weekend Warden
Alternate Weekends, Term Time Only 18.5 hours per week
£24,066 - £26,294 pro rata
Based At St.Albans Campus
Key Duties:
Weekend wardens are required to work fortnightly to provide support and activities for the residential students to engage with over the weekend. The role involves staying overnight in the unit, and staff will be provided with a private ensuite room for the duration of the shift.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated staff to promote positive behaviours and support student transition into independent living.
Required Skills:
• Substantial experience of providing enrichment activities working with a diverse range of young people particularly those in the 16-19 age range
• An active interest in sporting or enrichment activities
• Experience of delivering workshops and organising activities
• Ability to drive a minibus (after training)
