Contract: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only

Oasis Academy Long Cross is a very special and exciting place to be. We are a two-form entry school, with a large Early Years Foundation Stage and a 50 place specialist resource base. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate experienced practitioner to join us as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for behaviour and pastoral support in September 2025.

We are looking for:

• An excellent practitioner with great interpersonal skills, uncompromisingly high expectations and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Someone with desire to provide effective and high quality behaviour and pastoral support to ensure every child is successful and reaches their full potential

• A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will play a key role in our drive for continual improvement.

• Someone who shows a passion for closing the gap and reducing barriers for our disadvantaged children

• An individual who is committed to their own continuing professional development with an up-to-date knowledge of trauma informed practice and behaviour management strategies.

• Someone who is fully dedicated going above and beyond to fulfil our role in supporting community transformation
