Are you looking for a role which offers you new challenges and opportunities every day? We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Student Support Assistant to supervise the Refocus Room and to be responsible for managing, monitoring and updating the refocus record system and support records for students at Patchway Community School. Our core values focus on respect, endeavour and success, and this new role within our team at Patchway Community School is key to helping provide the best support to our students.

You will have strong inter-personal skills because relationships with students, families and colleagues are at the heart of excellent administrative support and they are a key strength of our school community.  We care about every student and their family. You may have previously worked in a similar role, or you may be able to demonstrate in your current position that you are a great organiser, someone who is friendly and approachable, firm but fair and with lots of energy and patience! You should have strong communication skills and be able to understand, process and analyse data efficiently. You will need to show a lot of initiative and be confident in working independently in this role.

This will be a permanent position, starting 1st September, working 37 hours per week, Term time only, plus INSETS.
