Core Purpose

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality pastoral care and will be a creative, motivational and effective member of the wider Pastoral Team.

The purpose of the role is to support the Pastoral Leader and Progress Leader and be a part of the wider Pastoral Team to deliver high quality pastoral care, bringing together the areas of attendance, well-being, and behavioural support.

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for working with young people and helping them to attain to the highest standard.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary: Grade 6, Point 15 - 22; (FTE £29,093 - £32,654); Actual Salary: £24,915 - £27,965

Hours: 37 hours per week; Term Time Only plus 5 INSET days
