At Ty Coryton School, supporting pupils with Autism & learning disabilities
Location: Ty Coryton, Cardiff
Salary: Starting from £12.94 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Term time only

Ty Coryton is a specialist school in Cardiff for children with complex needs associated with autism. Our welcoming approach blends education and care with therapeutic support. Our pupils who have autism and learning disabilities thrive in small classes with support from a dedicated and creative team of education professionals and therapists.   A typical day will include: 

- Providing high quality teaching and learning opportunities using a variety of teaching approaches and activities support pupils to make progress towards their agreed accreditations.
- Supporting teachers with the planning, preparation, and assessment of learning opportunities.
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of off-site activities.
- Assisting pupils who require help during morning routines, lunch/break times or with personal care.
