Purpose:

  • To ensure the fair and proper conduct of examinations in an environment that enables a student to perform at their best.
  • Duties (further details in the attached application pack):
  • Set up exam venues with required materials following strict procedures
  • Guide and supervise candidates before, during, and after exams
  • Enforce exam regulations and maintain a calm, focused environment
  • Respond to candidate queries and report irregularities professionally
  • Monitor attendance and manage late arrivals or early leavers
  • Collect and secure exam scripts and materials post-exam
  • Provide reading and scribing support for students with special needs
