Job Description

Working 36 hours per week. 40 weeks per year (term-time plus one week + INSET days) Pro rata salary £19,604 to £21,606 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for an all-round administrator to join our Communications & Marketing Team who ideally, has some experience of working in a print room. Experience of working on a range of equipment or have some knowledge on Sharp and Kyocera machines would be desired.

You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and Photo Shop (or similar) would be desired. You will be responsible for putting together all charging costs for each department budget for the month end reporting to our Finance Team. You will also be required to liaise with suppliers for copier paper and other resources required to run an efficient print room.

The successful applicant will be responsible for producing classroom materials, mock exam papers and any other printing requirements of school staff. You will also be responsible for updating display boards around school, putting together posters and programmes for school events. Some experience of video editing would be advantageous but not essential.
