Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.12pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Attendance Officer to join the busy Admissions and Attendance Team based at Oxted School, this position is a fixed-term basis until 20 July 2021. The Attendance Officer will be responsible for the development of attendance as part of whole-school improvement as well as raising student achievement through actively promoting the importance of good attendance.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT and administrative skills, together with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines, in line with clear policies and procedures. High attention to detail and accuracy is also a must for this position. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are also essential, together with the ability to be proactive and to use your own initiative.
