Where possible interviews will be held on site within our schools and we will adhere to our current Covid policy for external visitors. Otherwise interviews will be held remotely by teams.

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm (with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break), Friday 8.30am to 4.15pm (with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break).

The postholder will provide an efficient and accurate support service for the Front of School and the Communications & Marketing Officer; ensuring visitors and callers are greeted in a courteous and welcoming manner. Duties will also include: monitoring and disseminating e-mails; providing a prompt, accurate administration support service as required for staff and assisting the Communications & Marketing Officer where necessary, providing support promptly and accurately ensuring confidentiality at all times.
