Where possible interviews will be held on site within our schools and we will adhere to our current Covid policy for external visitors. Otherwise interviews will be held remotely by teams.

Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday (8am-4.15pm) with one hour unpaid break and Friday (8am-4pm) with one hour unpaid break.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Communications and Marketing Assistant to join our Communications Team at Oxted School.

The successful applicant will provide an efficient administrative support service within the Communications and Marketing Team at Oxted School. You will assist teaching staff with producing and printing lesson supplies such as coursework and exam booklets, laminated classroom displays and event packs. Working with the Communications & Marketing Officer you will produce programmes for school events and produce and edit videos. Promote the school by taking photographs of events and student activities to be used on social media and the school website along with preparing displays for open evening and other events throughout the school year.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level. Previous office experience is a must, as are both excellent written and spoken communication skills. Accuracy is essential, as is the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook is key. Use of Microsoft Publisher would be desired.
