- Full-Time Monday to Friday 08.30am - 4.12pm 36 hours a week / 39 weeks per year
- Part-Time Monday to Friday from 09.30am - 2.30pm - 25 hours per week / 39 weeks per year.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Learning Mentor to join the team at Oxted School to support the school in the implementation of the Behaviour Protocols specifically with students who are out of circulation due to behaviour issues.
This role is to support the social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) needs for those who are having to undertake isolated learning, contributing to more effective learning through improved behaviour and social skills. In conjunction with the Assistant Principal and Inclusion Support team, you will assist in planning, preparing and developing learning resources to support students in isolated learning. You will provide support to the students helping to empower them to take ownership of their own learning and to make good progress; helping students to develop character and a positive attitude to learning.
