Pencaerau Primary School is a Cardiff community primary which caters for children between the ages of 3 and 11. The school opened in 2012 after amalgamating with Cwrt yr Ala Junior School, Caerau Infants and Caerau Nursery schools. The school is situated in the Caerau suburbs of Cardiff and caters for children in Caerau and Ely.

Pencaerau is a one form entry school and has a 40-place nursery, that offers part-time morning or afternoon sessions for its pupils.
