We are looking to appoint a teacher to join the Music Department at Pencoedtre High school and work within an exciting and supportive team of teachers. You will be offered support and guidance into the Pencoedtre High school pedagogical approaches to help you best flourish and develop your career.
All new staff and NQTs are provided with a bespoke professional learning programme and have access to a teaching and learning coach to ensure full support when starting at Pencoedtre High school. For NQTs there is well established and extensive induction process that consists of, for example, fortnightly meetings with an experienced Induction mentor, NQT professional learning sessions and a NQT coaching programme.
