In the last three years Pool Hayes has been transformed and it has been an exciting time to be in the school. We have invested heavily in the environment – bringing some tired, rundown buildings into the 21st century. The outcomes for our pupils in Years 11 and 13 are now amongst the best in Walsall and we pride ourselves on being a research based progressive education community.
We have a simple ethos at Pool Hayes based on Responsibility, Aspirations, Perseverance and Success. We want each and every one of our students to be the best they can be and they benefit from some great teaching, strong pastoral care and high expectations on uniform, behaviour and learning. This school we will never stand still but will support, encourage and enable every member of our community to succeed.
Our team knows first-hand how to make education better for schools, pupils and their teachers.
For us, the future of UK education relies upon schools working closely together to share best practices, giving every child the best chance in life. We set up ATT to make this vision a reality.
As a not for profit trust, we work with our growing family of primary and secondary academies, and further education providers in the Midlands, East of England and South East.
Our mission is to provide the very best education for all pupils and the highest level of support for our staff to ensure every child leaves our academies with everything they need to reach their full potential.
