JOB SUMMARY
To provide strategic leadership and oversight of whole-school behaviour, attendance and punctuality, with a strong focus on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in line with the school’s expectations. You will support and guide the Academic and Pastoral Leads in implementing effective strategies that promote positive behaviour, high attendance and punctuality, ensuring consistency and alignment across all year groups. By implementing these strategies, you will contribute to raising pupil progress and attainment, recognising the strong link between improved behaviour, attendance and academic outcomes, while enhancing pastoral care across the school.
