We are seeking to appoint a passionate, dedicated and motivated Business and Economics Teacher with excellent subject knowledge, who can combine academic rigour with a genuine enthusiasm for the subject to boost learning outcomes.

You’ll inspire students to achieve their full potential in Business and Economics, using your passion for the subject to deliver high-quality, engaging and thought-provoking lessons. You will support students in developing strong analytical, evaluative and quantitative skills, helping them to understand real-world business and economic concepts. A clear focus on learning, assessment and wider curriculum requirements is essential, alongside the ability to use your expertise to positively impact student progress within the subject.

Job requirements

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification

Relevant specialist qualifications and subject experience (e.g. Business, Economics or a related degree)

Strong understanding of curriculum requirements for Business and Economics

Secure knowledge of delivering both theoretical and applied aspects of Business and Economics to ensure students develop strong analytical, evaluative and numerical skills
