The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Lunchtime Supervisor to work at Priory Community School – An Academy in Weston-super-Mare. This role will suit a candidate who has a passion for supporting children. This is a very exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team. This role will be working 8.3 hours per week, term time only.

What you will do:
• Support students during lunch break – Provide the appropriate level of support and encouraging independence and good social behaviour.
• Observe and report on student behaviour – Report any observed behaviour or any particular incident to the relevant member of staff.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with students – Work with students to achieve positive and effective supervision during their lunch break periods.
About you:
• Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children
• Some experience of supervising children, ideally in a school context
• Demonstrate a positive attitude
