We are seeking an inspirational and ambitious Deputy Principal to help shape this successful, future-focused college community. Working closely with the Principal, Governors and Trust Board members, this pivotal role will influence curriculum development, pastoral leadership and strategic decision making. We are looking for a values driven leader who inspires and motivates others, brings clarity and confidence to challenge, and fosters a culture in which both staff and students can flourish. This is more than a senior leadership post. It offers a clear pathway to future Principal or CEO leadership and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
