We are looking for a Senior Administration Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Kings Oak Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning, you will be joining two established admin teams across both primary and secondary sites.
Under the guidance of senior staff, the Senior Administration Assistant will provide high quality administrative, clerical and organisational support to the academy. You will be expected to have administrative responsibility and may be expected to take the lead role in the administrative support for a specific area. Within the scope of the role, you will work proactively to find solutions where required. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.

About you:
You will:
- Good literacy and numeracy competency evidenced by GCSE Maths and English.
- Possess relevant NVA level 3 in business and administration or equivalent qualifications or experience
- Knowledge of good practice/procedures in regard to ensuring compliance with data protections (GDPR)
- Have strong knowledge of administrative process which will be in specialist areas.
