Qualified Early Years Educator
Location: Raised in Bristol at Easton Community Centre (BS5)
Salary: £27,206.40 per annum
Contract: Full time 40 hours per week
Join the team at Raised in Bristol, a not-for-profit social enterprise providing the very best early years education whilst brightening the local landscape by investing in our community. We’re looking for an Early Years Educator, qualified at level 3 or above, to join the Team at Raised in Bristol at Easton Community Centre.
We’re a passionate bunch at Raised In! We love what we do, and we’re committed to helping the youngest children reach their full potential in a friendly, nurturing and engaging home-from-home environment. And we want you to join us!
This setting was the first Raised in Bristol nursery to open its doors back in early 2018. The annexe was purpose-built as a nursery when the community centre opened in 1989 and has been fully refurbished to return it to its original purpose. This is a 67-place nursery and, like all of our Raised in Bristol nurseries, it has a more relaxed feel than some larger settings.
We offer play-led learning in a space that prioritises a nurturing environment with a focus on nature and nutrition as children take their first steps towards school.
The nursery is located in the vibrant community of Easton, just a 5-minute walk from Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill Roundabout, both have regular bus links across Bristol, also only a 10-minute walk from Stapleton Road train station and is easily accessible from across the city by bike. There is also free on-street parking in the local area.
