We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Nursery Room Leader to step into a Senior role, acting as third in charge and providing support to the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their Early Years career. If you're a qualified Early Years Practitioner, Educator or Teacher who brings energy, warmth and leadership to your work, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play a key role in supporting the management team and helping the wider team to thrive.
This nursery offers a more relaxed feel than larger settings, with just 62 places. It’s housed in a beautiful timber-framed building overlooking the much-loved Felix Road Adventure Playground. The nursery has a warm, homely atmosphere, and all rooms enjoy free-flow access to the garden space, perfect for outdoor play and exploration.
We’re just a 5-minute walk from Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill Roundabout, with regular bus links across Bristol, and only 10 minutes from Stapleton Road train station. The nursery is easily accessible by bike, and there’s free on-street parking nearby.
