This is an exciting opportunity for an existing headteacher or deputy headteacher looking for the next step in their career. We are looking for an inspirational, pupil-focused individual who will lead Winsley Church of England Primary School in the next stage of its development and be a committed member of the Extended Leadership Team within a growing Trust.

The new headteacher at Winsley will be at the heart of this work and will work closely with the Trust and school leadership teams, wider colleagues, families, the Local Governing Committee and of course the pupils to achieve our vision of excellent and equitable opportunities so everyone can flourish and our school values of courage, wisdom and kindness.
Winsley Church of England Primary is a vibrant and exciting place to learn and work, situated at the heart of the community in Winsley Village since 1869. It is rightly proud of its foundations within the Church of England and enjoys strong links with the Diocese of Salisbury.
We are looking for an inspirational leader to continue the improvement journey for the school, building on the strong work of the existing leadership, while demonstrating commitment to the Christian values and ethos that underpin it all.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, forward-thinking professional with a track record of successful school improvement leadership within the primary age range.
Palladian Academy Trust is a mixed Trust of both church and community schools, established in 2016 with children at the heart of everything it does. We currently serve just under 4000 pupils.
