Ravenscote Junior School is a 5 form entry Junior School with 622 pupils. We have extensive grounds that promote outdoor learning and have enable us to create amazing outdoor learning experiences. Our children love to learn and live up to our core values of respect, teamwork, responsibility, honesty, excellence and happiness.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an After School Club Manager who will be fully supported by a Senior Activity Leader and a team of Activity Leaders. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised candidate to shape the After School provision at Ravenscote. The dynamic and dedicated candidate must be passionate about working with children. Previous management experience is preferred and candidates must have experience in children’s behaviour management, demonstrate patience and empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  

The ideal candidate will have: 

- Good leadership skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Understanding of Safeguarding

- Behaviour Management Experience

- Ability to plan and lead all extended schools activities

- Ability to produce and enforce all policies, risk assessments and procedures to comply with Ofsted play provision requirements
