The SEN Department at Raynes Park High School is in the process of expanding the existing team in order to cater for the current level of students with a Special Educational Need and Disability (SEND). We are seeking to appoint a full‐time HLTA SEN Lead (Year 7 & Year 8), Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) /Therapy Lead and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work closely with the Head of Inclusion and Assistant SENCo to provide specialist support and enhance outcomes for our students. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about inclusion with the desire to maintain the highest standards of provision for students with SEND. The ideal candidate/s would also be committed to continued professional development through the many opportunities offered by the school.

Raynes Park High School is a maintained 11 – 18 secondary school rated “Good” by Ofsted in January 2019. We foster a strong community and have great pride in our students and their achievements.
