The SEN Department at Raynes Park High School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Lead Learning Support Assistant for our growing department. The role will require the successful candidate to provide specialist support for students with a Special Educational Need and Disability (SEND), and work closely with our experienced Assistant SENCo. We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion with the desire to maintain the highest standards of provision for students with SEND. You will be part of a department where colleagues work collaboratively to share good practice, develop resources and celebrate the potential and success of each student.
The ideal candidate would also be committed to continued professional development through the many opportunities offered by the school.
