An exciting full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for a School Site Manager.
Rednock School is looking for a committed, organised leader to effectively manage a team of colleagues with the overall provision of maintenance, safety and janitorial services at Rednock School. With skills in time-management, communication and budget management, the Site Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors.
You will be responsible for managing the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school premises. This includes leading a service orientated site team, ensuring the safety of the school facilities, coordinating repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. In addition to desirable experience, we place high value on character, commitment and passion for their work, and would welcome applications from candidates with these qualities.
This permanent post is full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round. The salary is Grade 8 (£36,124 to £39,513 dependent upon experience - pay award pending).
