Bridlewood Primary School are looking to appoint a confident, capable and experienced Cook to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of our hardworking staff in a friendly school.
We are looking for an organised and motivated person who can be flexible and work calmly and effectively under pressure. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious and healthy meals for our pupils, according to food standards and budget guidelines.
As our Cook you will manage the day to day running of our catering provision, working under the direction of the School Business Manager, and supported by a Catering Assistant.
Start date: 4th June 2024
Salary range: £23,516 to £27,209 FTE dependent upon experience
Actual Salary: £12,053 to £13,946
Hours: 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00-1.30pm which equates to 0.51 FTE
Working weeks: 38 weeks (term time only) plus 2 INSET days
