Teaching Assistant
Start date: 1st September 2025 subject to recruitment and safeguarding checks
Salary: £23,557 - £24,806 FTE - depending on experience – (Actual salary £14,989 - £15,784 Pro Rata)
Hours: Part Time 27.5 hours/week - 9:10am to 3:25pm/day. Term Time Only – 39 weeks per year (paid weeks 44.64)
Contract: Permanent

Highworth Warneford School is seeking to appoint a well organised, creative and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the 11-16 age range who experience learning, medical or behavioural difficulties. You will be expected to work across all year groups of the school, either individually with pupils or with groups in classes.
We welcome people who can work as a team, have the ability to adapt to ever-changing circumstances and have a genuine interest in the needs of children.
