Repton School Dubai are looking for Junior Accounts Professional for an immediate start
The ideal candidate will be a semi-qualified account with hands-on experience in a similar role performing accounting and cashier duties, fiscal record-keeping and front office related duties including parent communication. Service industry experience would be an advantage
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Handle front-office cashier responsibilities
- Handle collections in a secure manner and in line with policy
- Petty cash
- Timely monitoring and performing student account reconciliation
- Preparation and issue of invoices to parents and provide clarifications to parents as required
- Excellent communication with parents with regard to fee queries and payment follow ups
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Accounting conceptual clarity
- Knowledge of ERP and Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask whilst working under pressure to deadlines

Salary 5,000 - 6,000aed dependent upon experience
