RGS Springfield Nursery is an independent, co-educational setting for children aged 2 to 4. Nestled in beautiful grounds in the heart of Worcester City Centre, we offer a homely and caring environment where children have the freedom to play, explore and enjoy the outdoors. From discovering nature in our Forest School to developing confidence through creative play, every child is encouraged to grow, learn and thrive at their own pace.

In addition to our well-qualified team of Teachers, we employ Early Years Practitioners, Estates, Finance, IT, Human Resources, and many other professionals across The RGS Worcester Family of Schools.

Early Years Staff at RGS Springfield Nursery come from diverse educational backgrounds, some having worked in other professions before becoming Early Years educators. We expect all applicants to have experience in early years or child development. Our staff are passionate about early childhood education and work hard to inspire and nurture every child's development.
