We are looking for committed, reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants who can be strong role models to join us from September 2021 to support students with physical and learning needs. A commitment to the cause of inclusion of students with disabilities to mainstream education and IT skills are essential.
The ideal Candidate will be pro-active, organised, and ambitious about the young people’s potential to learn and will have experience working with young people whether it be in a similar environment or other youth work. The best candidates will have the following characteristics:
• Enthusiastic and patient
• Work well within a team and is flexible
• Desire to help and make a difference
• Good education background (GCSE's in Maths and English C or above)
• Great communication skills
• Some knowledge of special educational needs e.g. autism, ADHD, dyslexia etc.

All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
