An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and efficient Library Assistant to join the Library team effective immediately. The successful candidate will be supporting students, encouraging them to develop positive learning habits and assist with the provision of resources in the Library. As well as being hardworking and flexible, our ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with people in and around the College community and inspire students to reach their full potential. Library experience would be desirable but training can be provided on our Library systems and experience of working with young people would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be required to work 12 hours per week on a term time only basis, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 11.00am – 2.00pm, please be advised that this post is for a volunteer and would be unpaid.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
