Grade: Romero Grade 5 (£22,927 - £27,834 actual salary)
Hours: 37 hours a week, permanent contract term time plus 1 week

As part of our developing inclusion strategy, this is a new post to support disengaged learners with their pastoral needs in order that they can access teaching and learning. You will plan and deliver 1:1 & small groups interventions, supporting students social , emotional and mental health needs, including anger management and emotional regulation.

The successful candidate will:
• Have a pass or above in Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent
• Be a dedicated professional with some experience of working with students with social, emotional and mental health needs
• Set high standards for themselves and others
• Work successfully in partnership with parents and our community
• Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school;
• Be a team player with good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task in a busy environment;
