This is a new exciting job opportunity for an experienced practitioner with the record of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
Under the direction of the Assistant Principal – Curriculum & Quality, you will be responsible for developing and improving the quality assurance processes relating to a range of key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with all relevant quality assurance requirements and regulations (both internal and external), taking a lead role in promoting excellent practice in teaching, learning and assessment (working with the Teaching and Learning Manager) and leading on teacher development across the College.
The job purpose is to:
Develop and maintain a structured quality calendar, by agreement with the Assistant Principal – Curriculum and Quality, and to ensure the compliance of all relevant colleagues across the college.
Develop and maintain key quality assurance, performance and standards processes, including robust information data systems, and to hold Heads of School accountable for the compliance of their areas with these processes.
Support the Teaching and Learning Manager to lead the TLA team and ensure they are focused on the promotion of outstanding teaching, learning, assessment and measurable performance improvements.
