Salary: £27,238 - £45,109 per annum. Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

About the Role
We require a highly motivated individual to join our team in providing specialist assessment and one to one teaching for a diverse range of students with Dyslexia/Specific Learning Difficulties within the Salford City College group.
Working as a specialist member of the Learning Support Team you will complete diagnostic assessments, access arrangement assessments, plan and deliver individual teaching sessions and provide feedback and guidance to curriculum and support staff.
You will have a Level 7 specialist qualification in teaching and assessing students with Dyslexia/Specific Learning Difficulties and hold a current SpLD Assessment Practising Certificate (APC). You will be appropriately skilled in providing teaching of the highest quality, which best meets students’ individual needs.
You will have an understanding and empathy of barriers that students may experience in learning, and be committed to ensuring each one of them reaches their full potential.
