Salary: £41,261-£45,451 (Pro rata salary £36,571-£40,285). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Deputy Head of Learning Support to join our well established Inclusive Learning department. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop our SEND provision for learners studying Skills for Life courses.
As Deputy Head of Learning Support you will provide a pivotal role in driving the quality and inclusivity of our learning support provision. You will lead and line manage multiple support staff roles across the department, including Educational Support Assistants, Job Coaches and SEND Transition Facilitator. Your leadership will help ensure that every learner receives the highest standard of support to thrive.
