An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to head the high-achieving Business and Travel Department at Eccles Sixth Form College.
Our department offers a wide-ranging curriculum from Level 1 to Level 3 across Business, Travel, and Tourism, designed to prepare students for both higher education and the professional world. We are seeking an individual with the vision and expertise to shape a progressive curriculum that inspires ambition, drives achievement, and promotes excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic leadership, with the ability to meet the evolving needs of our learners and the industries we serve. A key element of this role will be strengthening and expanding partnerships with employers and industry professionals, ensuring students gain valuable real-world insight and practical experience.
