About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at City Skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the rapidly growing ESOL department. They will be responsible for leading the team and supporting teaching and support staff throughout the student journey of the ESOL curriculum. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching and be able to demonstrate that they are an outstanding classroom practitioner, and able to lead by example. The ESOL department has both 16-18 and adult curriculum and works closely with local stakeholders to ensure the curriculum is fit for purpose in supporting ESOL students with their next steps
