Salary: £37,976 - £41,846 Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

Contract Type: Permanent | Hours per Week: 36 | Location: Across Various Sites

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Student Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality student support, reception, and catering services across the College.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the frontline teams, ensuring services run effectively and provide a consistent, high-quality experience for students and visitors. You will coordinate staff, oversee service delivery, and work to improve how support is accessed across the College.

You’ll bring strong leadership skills and experience in a customer-focused or student services environment, along with the ability to organise teams, manager workloads, and respond to changing demands. Clear communication and a practical, solutions-focused approach are essential.
